Logic Line

The Logic Line service package developed by MTU-Inform based on its proprietary intelligent network helps manage the reception and servicing of any number of phone calls and provides information to a large number of subscribers either automatically or by MTU-Inform Telephone Center operators.

Using the Logic Line service package, a company may set up its own call center and automatic information services and also manage customer support services and hot lines. You will be able to conduct automatic phone polls and sell your goods and services by phone.

MTU-Inform has vast experience organizing interactive commercial phone polls on TV and other mass media ("Behind the Glass," "What? Where? When?," "Vox Populi," "Echo of Moscow," "Radio Seven on Seven Hills").

The Logic Line package currently comprises five basic services.
The functionality of each of these services enables any company to establish telephone communications without building its own infrastructure or purchasing equipment. No matter what size your company is, you will be able to provide your customers with appropriate level of support service.

  • Logic Line Office. MTU-Inform offers you a single multi-line Moscow telephone number. This number is not associated with any specific address and does not require additional circuits. All calls to the Logic Line Office number are redirected to telephone numbers of your company and branches.
