- Subscribers to the public telephone network dials the unique multi-channel phone number of your information service.
- If necessary, the intelligent network node determines the subscriber's number automatically and offers a menu of informational database subsections, alternative answers, etc.
- Subscribers select appropriate options. The answer may be a voice message or a fax.
- If the query is too complex, the subscriber may return to the operator, who has access details of the preceding automatic dialog.
