From the start of this year the company has placed its stake on development of operator working places leasing services, which will undoubtedly enable us to increase the number of the call-center clients. This is an evolutional development of outsourcing services. Incorporating work stations leasing services, we hope to increase the call-center effectiveness and to find new opportunities for cooperation with various companies. Our next step is to implement projects that include using "distant working places".

Having representative offices in over 40 countries all over the world, the IMP company has recently entered the Russian market offering a new service, unusual for Russian citizens - the postal delivery of "Home Medical Encyclopedia". This project involves all regions in Russia.

MTU-Inform contribution to this project shall be a full range of technical assistance services, provision of three multichannel Moscow telephone numbers (to process incoming calls, to accept VIP client calls and the third - for fax messages), rent of call-center working places and operators. By December 2004 the number of working places leased out for the IMP project shall have been increased to 20.
