"MTU-Inform" company was awarded "THE BEST BRAND / EFFIE 2003" prize in "Business-to-business" category. Intelligent service package "Logic Line" was honored. This trophy became the second award of the company - "MTU-Inform" was the prize-winner in "High-tech goods and services" category in 2001.
Logic Line is the service package developed by "MTU-Inform" on the basis of its proprietary intelligent network. It is based on provision of a "virtual" telephone number supported by intelligent platform to the customer. The Logic Line family intelligent communication services are marketed since 2000 and comprise five service packages. The most popular one is Logic Line Office - the ready-made solution for small and medium-size businesses. The other four packages are the various configurations of call center, each of them being used to serve calls according to individual scenarios.
Logic Line product line is being positioned not as telecommunication product, but as a marketing tool. The goal of communication strategy is to give all target groups a concept of Logic Line as an actually functioning marketing tool, the part of IMC and not just a telecommunication service.
