The new elite housing estate "Trianon" (Central administrative district, metro station "Ulitsa 1905 goda") will become the first mutual project on telecommunication services support of "DEKRA" ICC construction projects. Planned housing estate commissioning date is in the IV quarter of 2003.
It is the first time for "MTU-Inform" to implement the "Hi-Tech House" concept in elite housing estates. Systems of video monitoring, fire protection, power supply and ventilation will be united into an automatically controlled infrastructure based on the "MTU-Inform" communication network. This will enable energy resources saving and centralized monitoring of life-support and security systems inside the housing estate, and to provide modern telecommunications service to the occupants.
This project stipulates allocation of more than 270 telephone numbers, arrangement of anytime high-speed Internet access, and connection of apartments, offices and social services to the cable TV network.
To implement assigned tasks "MTU-Inform" company will lay a fiber-optic cable that will connect the main communications center of the "Trianon" housing estate and the closest hoist ring multiplexer of the local SDH network. The project provides for construction of the modern distributing system inside the housing estate and connection of engineering systems to a single monitoring center. To provide high-speed Internet access the HPNA technology is used, that ensures speed up to 10 Mbit/sec. The cable TV network package will include 32 channels.
The "Trianon" housing estate will become the 30th housing estate connected with "MTU-Inform" network. Present day the company has over 15000 private subscribers. "Now we are in obligate progress to a new type of cooperation with construction companies, and "Hi-Tech House" concept implementation becomes critical for elite housing construction projects", said Said Alimbekov, "MTU-Inform" General Director, "We are also working at the building maintenance effectiveness increasing and minimization of the engineering systems maintenance, control, dispatching and monitoring costs".
"We consider our cooperation with "MTU-Inform" as promising since this telecommunications operator makes solutions that are based on advanced technologies of the "Hi-Tech House" construction", said Vladimir Orlov, "DEKRA" General Director. "The "MTU-Inform" network will allow efficient and cost-effective implementation |
