New opportunities for subscribers of Bee Line network

In June, 2002, MTU-Inform launched an alternative system to call federal numbers of Bee Line mobile phone network by dialing a local number. The goal of this project was to make calling federal numbers in the evening as easy as possible. Furthermore, the system enables many users of public telephone networks who have no access to long distance services to call Bee Line federal numbers.

To implement the project, MTU-Inform provided multi-line telephone number 105-5678 from its own numbering capacity and also developed a convenient voice prompt menu for users. After dialing the above number, the user must switch to tone mode and then dial the 10-digit number of the mobile phone of the called subscriber, starting with the 3-digit carrier code. Just a few months after the launch of the project, this service became extremely popular: the MTU-Inform intelligent communications network registers 4 - 5 million calls to the alternative local dialing number monthly.

This is just a small example of the immense potential of intelligent services in the area of telephony. The growing demand for the intelligent network services in the corporate segment allowed us to proceed with implementation of the potential of the network for millions of private users - current and future customers of mobile communications carriers.
